SMS Terms of Service

These SMS Terms of Service ("SMS Terms") apply to text messages sent by PQRC ("we," "us," or "our") to QR Code Owners who enable SMS alerts in the PQRC application hosted at mypqrc.com (the "App"). Our official website is pqrcglobal.com.

By opting in to receive SMS messages from PQRC, you agree to these SMS Terms.

1) Program Description

PQRC provides service-related SMS alerts to QR Code Owners when:

  • a QR code is scanned, and
  • a visitor submits a notice (e.g., parking/vehicle alerts),

including optional location context when available.

Messages may also include important service-related account or security notices.

2) Opt-In (Consent)

You opt in by:

  • entering your mobile number in the App and enabling SMS alerts, and/or
  • checking an opt-in box (if presented) confirming you want to receive SMS alerts.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

3) Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on scan activity, submitted notices, and your settings.

4) Costs

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. PQRC does not charge for receiving messages, but your carrier may.

5) Opt-Out

You can cancel SMS alerts at any time by replying:

  • STOP

After you send STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message, and then you will no longer receive SMS messages from PQRC (unless you opt in again).

7) Supported Carriers / Delivery

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery may be affected by device coverage, network availability, or carrier limitations.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell your personal information.

9) Eligibility
